Yellow Page Publishers
Subject: Initial DeliveriesWe asked hundreds of yellow
page publisher employees to complete surveys on a range of
initial delivery issues. The raw data summaries presented
here represent phase one of our findings. In phase two, we'll go into more detail and
summarize the open-ended survey questions. Phase three will
include an analysis and commentary.
